Jalan group recently finalized Joint Venture partnership with 3 Billion
Euro, RIETER HOLDING AG, SWITZERLAND, world leaders in the field of Textile
Machinery and have set up a Plant in India to manufacture Textile Machinery

interests in diverse fields like agro products, embedded software, tea,

MR. SUDHIR JALAN, CHAIRMAN
A well known industrialist with over forty years of experience in
handling various forms of industry, Age: 66 years and having done
his M.B.A from prestigious Indian Institute of Management,(I.I.M)
Joka. Mr.Sudhir Jalan has been instrumental in playing pivotal roles
in the soaps and detergents, electronics, chemicals and engineering
industries. Is presently the Group Chairman of Jalan group of companies
which constitute industries in tea, agro-foods, software and engineering.
Mr.Sudhir Jalan is a Past President of Federation of Indian Chamber
of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) as well as All India Management
Association (AIMA). He is also Honorary Consul General of Greece
and sits on the Board of Directors of various Prestigious Indian
companies.

MR. MARK O. JOHNSON, SR., CHAIRMAN
Mr. Mark O. Johnson, 64, is Chairman and President of Rice Lake
Weighing Systems. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration from University of Wisconsin. He began his career
at RLWS in 1970 as a scale mechanic, giving him unique perspective
having come from a background in service of mechanical scale to
becoming owner and president of one of the largest, US based scale
manufacturers today. Mark has served various roles in industry organizations
as well as government advisory councils for the weighing industry.
He has devoted more than 40 years to improving the weighing industry
through out the world. Mark also serves as a director for several
other privately held corporations in the banking and manufacturing
sectors. |

MR. GAURAV JALAN, DIRECTOR
Mr.Gaurav Jalan , aged 37 years is a Director of the Jalan Group of
companies. Having completed his Bachelors Degree from St. Xavier’s
College and also holding an ICWA (I) degree. Having joined the family
business at the age of 22 years after doing brief stints as an intern
with a reputed Chartered Accountants Firm as well as with Tata Chemicals,
Mr.Gaurav Jalan’s involvement has been on the business of tea,
chemicals and now with engineering. Mr. Gaurav Jalan is a Committee
member of both Indian Chamber of Commerce as well as Tea Association
of India, as well as serves on the Board of Directors of various group
firms. |

MR. MARK JOHNSON, JR., DIRECTOR
Mr. Mark Johnson Jr.,36 holds a bachelor’s degree in General
Business /Entrepreneurship from the university of St.Thomas , St.Paul,
MN. Mark has held various positions in sales, Marketing, Product
Management and Manufacturing groups at Rice Lake Weighing Systems
and currently serves as vice president. Mark has worked in the scales
industry since 1989 and joined RLWS full time in 1999. Mark also
serves on the board of directors of several community organizations. |

MR. STEVEN M. PARKMAN, DIRECTOR
Mr. Steven M. Parkman, 43, is chief operating officer at Rice Lake
Weighing Systems. Steve began his career in the weighing industry
in 1987 and has been with Rice Lake Weighing Systems for 12 years.
During his tenure at Rice Lake Weighing, he has held positions of
progressively increasing responsibility including load cell Product
Manager, SBU Manager, Director of Product Management, VP of Product
Development and most recently COO. |

MR. BRIJESH KUMAR BIYANI, DIRECTOR
Mr.Brijesh Kumar Biyani, Executive Director-Corporate, South Asian
Petrochemicals Limited, Age: 58 Years. Mr. Biyani also sits on the
Board of Directors of Dhunseri Tea & Industries, one of the leading
producer and packers of Assam Tea as well as of Ma Foi Consultants,
a top notch placement firm. Mr Biyani was earlier Advisor to UshaComm
and has also held positions of Managing Director of Usha Beltron Limited
and SICPA India Limited.

MR. GURU GANESH, DIRECTOR, INDIA OPERATIONS,
RLWS Mr. Guru Ganesh, 50, was a Graduate Engineer Trainee
at Avery India Ltd in 1982 and held various technical and managerial
positions. In 2000, Guru worked for Interweigh Systems Inc., Canada
as Systems Engineer and Software Developer in the specials Application
Group. He joined Rice Lake Weighing Systems in 2006 as Special Project
Engineer before becoming Director, India Operations. Guru has 30
years of experience working in India, Canada and USA. He has Bachelor
of science degree in Mathematics, a Master of Business Administration
degree and is a charter Engineer in Electronics and Communication
Engineering. |

MR. S. A. MRITHINJAYAM, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr.S.A.Mrithinjayam aged 56 years, with over thirty five years of
work experience in India & Abroad in the field of Weighing, Entertainment
Electronics, Office Automation, Industrial Automation, Material Handling,
Batching & Process automation catering to Core Sector Industries. |
